This shoe stretcher works great. I thought it looked flimsy in the photos, but it is actually heavy and strong. It comes with several little plugs to stretch your shoes in specific areas. My husband has a bump on his foot due to arthritis and all his shoes really hurt in that spot. We used this stretcher with one of the plugs and in 24 hours his boots are actually comfortable. I used it on my loafers because I needed the arch loosened ( I used the included arch stretcher). It may have worked too well, I only had the stretcher in for a few hours in each shoe and now my shoes are a little floppy. But they are much more comfortable, and I will actually wear them now.

Some of my boots and heels have gotten tighter on me so I wanted this to stretch them. This is very heavy duty with robust plastic and metal.The two knobs rotate easily to extend the heal and widen the toe base. There are extra Metal pads to push out areas on shoes that are more of an issue. Only down side is I wish I had two of these because it does take twice as long now. This also comes with a metal shoe horn and it has a little chain if you want to hang it somewhere. It does come with a bag but the bag is cheap. But you can store everything together.
